Tim is an experienced Director and advisor who primarily works with businesses facing internal or external pressure, helping them recover and transform through a strong focus on creating clarity, developing a clear and compelling vision for the future, and building capability in the business. He is involved with a number of businesses as a director, advisor or shareholder and has worked in a broad range of sectors. Tim was previously a leader in Deloitte’s Financial Advisory team with a focus on performance improvement and turnaround and has worked on some of the country’s largest turnarounds and restructures in recent years.
Tim holds a Masters Business Administration and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
