Helping Shape a Better Experience Together
At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to listening to and learning from the people who matter most: our clients.
Our Client Advisory Body (CAB) brings together a diverse group of clients who partner with us to provide valuable feedback, share insights, and help influence improvements across our services, programs, and client experience initiatives.
What Does the CAB Do?
Members have the opportunity to:
Share their experiences and perspectives
Provide feedback on new initiatives, resources, and projects
Help identify opportunities for improvement
Contribute to shaping future client-focused services
Represent the voices of our broader client community
Why Get Involved?
Being part of the CAB allows members to:
Have a direct impact on service improvements
Share ideas in a supportive and collaborative environment
Connect with other clients and stakeholders
Ensure client voices remain at the centre of decision-making
Expressions of Interest Are Always Open
We are committed to maintaining a diverse and representative advisory group and welcome interest from clients who would like to be involved in future opportunities in 2027. If you are passionate about improving client experiences and would like to contribute your voice, we encourage you to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI).
