Melita is an experienced people and culture leader with extensive experience across a range of sectors including health, legal, ports and infrastructure, education, and FMCG across Australia and Asia. Melita is deeply committed to driving positive culture and workforce transformation to support modern community and health needs.
With more than 20 years’ experience, she has led workforce, culture, and transformation initiatives in complex and evolving environments. She has a degree in Political Science and has undertaken post graduate study in human resources and management.
Melita is particularly known for her people centred and practical approach, balancing strategy, governance, and operational delivery. At The District Nurses, she leads the people and culture strategy, focusing on supporting our people in delivering safe, high-quality community care.
