As part of The District Nurses' ongoing commitment to supporting Tasmanians, we are introducing a $200 grocery voucher offer for new clients who commence services with us under a Home Care Package. We understand that the cost of living is a challenge for many people, and this initiative is intended as a gesture of goodwill to provide a little extra help when starting with TDN.

These Terms and Conditions explain the details of the offer - including eligibility, how and when the voucher will be provided, and the limitations that apply. 

Eligibility:

This offer is available to new clients who:

  • Have an approved and allocated Home Care Package (HCP); and
  • Choose The District Nurses (TDN) as their HCP provider; and
  • Commence services with TDN between 6 October 2025 and 31 December 2025.
  • Existing TDN HCP clients are not eligible.

Voucher Details:

  • Eligible clients will receive one (1) Grocery Voucher to the value of $200 AUD.
  • Voucher is issued 60 days after the first day of service commencement with TDN.
  • Voucher is subject to retailer’s own terms and conditions.
  • Limit of one voucher per eligible client.
  • Voucher is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.

About this offer:

  • This voucher is offered as part of The District Nurses’ broader community cost-of-living support initiative.
  • The voucher is a goodwill gesture only and is not connected to, or a substitute for, care pricing, government subsidies, or participant contributions under the Home Care Packages or Support at Home Programs.
  • The voucher does not offset, reduce, or replace any required co-payments or contributions.

General:

  • The voucher is separate from your care plan, care budget, and service agreement.
  • Participation in this offer does not alter care fees, entitlements, or obligations.
  • TDN reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time.
  • By participating, clients acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
