Alison has significant senior management experience across a diverse range of settings, including mental health, aged care, and home care sectors. Alison holds qualifications in business management and nursing and is member of the Australian College of Nursing and Australian Institute of Company Directors. Alison’s key strengths are quality and risk management, project management, policy and process review, and ensuring that the client is the centre of all that we do.
