Home Maintenance Service

The District Nursing Service offers a Maintenance Service to provide assistance 
with small maintenance jobs around your home.

Example of what our maintenance service can do for you:

• repairs to window/door locks;

• repair gates;

• changing light globes;

• replacing smoke detector batteries;

• turning mattress;

• assembling equipment;

• changing tap washers;

• repair pet enclosures;

• repairs clotheslines.

Please note we do not do the following:

• gardening;

• mowing lawns;

• washing windows; 

• cleaning carpets;
  

Clients must purchase any hardware that may be needed to undertake the repair.

Cost of this service will be $5.00 per visit. (HACC Fee)

We are happy to consider any minor household maintenance.
